Project Management Office : PMO Assessment and Monitoring
A unique responsibility of the PMO is assessing and elevating enterprise project management ability (competency, capability, and maturity), which is a function of PMO project monitoring. To gain a deeper understanding, you are each going to create an initial discussion board prompt and reply to one another’s questions. Choose from the following PMO assessment domains to develop your discussion board prompt for this week.
- Competency
- Capability
- Maturity
In your initial prompt, you should include introductory information about your designated PMO assessment domain, appropriate reference citation support, and ask your question(s) based on your designated PMO assessment domain.
