Program Work Plan
This section includes a clear description of program activities and strategies from start to finish. A program’s work plan (see Appendix A) is designed to ensure the overall success of the evaluation and implementation process of the program. The Afiya Center program coordinators created not only the program goals and objectives but also managed the needs assessment. The Afiya Center sought out community partners to guarantee the success of the program. By working together to help reduce the incidence of HIV in Black women.
(This needs to be explained. Who are the community partners? What roles will they play? The community partner discussion should link to the CP identified in the Introduction. The same CP will also play a role with sustainability. )
